True Position was founded in 1999 with the belief that we could provide for our customers the highest level of quality and service, in conjunction with low cost. We have been dedicated to that philosophy through efficient manufacturing processes, low overhead, and establishing a quality system that provides for not one QC inspector but everyone in the company as QC inspectors.
We believe we have succeeded in this philosophy as all of customer’s QC departments “love our parts”. Our low cost structure allows for our customers to leverage off of us to increase their capacity and add to the bottom line without new capital investment.
We specialize in what we refer to as small parts. That is, parts that are generally manufactured from bar material or slugs that are 4” round or less. We provide both CNC turning and milling processes, and fully deburr and clean our parts.
As a supplier to the aircraft and power generation industries, we have created a niche in machining hard-to-machine material. We machine all of the super alloys, like nickel (Inconel 625 & 718, Waspaloy, Hastelloy-X, A-286 and others), cobalt (L-605,Haynes, and others) and titanium (6AL-4V) alloys. We of course machine a full range of materials from plastic, aluminum, brass/copper alloys and the full range of stainless steels. There is nothing like the sound of Stellite being cut.
True Position Manufacturing produces great quality results because we have invested in great quality machine tools. All of our CNC machines are either Mori Seiki or Mazaks. This commitment to quality has served us and our customers well.

With over 35 years of experience in precision manufacturing environments, I’ve built a career grounded in quality, integrity, and a deep respect for people.
My journey began at Pratt & Whitney, where I was introduced to the principles of the Toyota Production System, a foundation that has shaped my approach ever since.
From there, I moved on to Danaher, quickly rising through the ranks and becoming an expert in the Danaher Business System. Along the way, I developed a deep expertise in various quality systems; ISO 9000 and AS 9100 and lead organizations using lean principles and pull systems.
After decades of helping organizations achieve breakthrough performance, I made the decision in 2019 to have my own business—founded on the core values of respect for others and conducting business with integrity. This isn’t just a company; it’s a reflection of everything I’ve learned and believe in about leadership, operational excellence and quality.
